The 5 Prana Vayu Mudras

Prana is the life-energy that enters our body through breathing. It's divided into 5 sub-energies inside the body. Vayu means Air.

They are called Pancha Prana or the Five Prana Vayu- the five currents of the breath. We call them the 5 life-winds

Each life-wind is located in a specific region of the human body. It governs the biological functioning of the organs and glands of that region.
